Mr.Blackwell came in at 8:00 p.m. The minutes of the previous meeting were read and accepted. Se].fridee Development Mr.Selfridge with his engineer, Mr.Northrup, appeared to complete de- tails of Selfridge development. Mr.Selfridge explained the reasons for his misunderstanding and delay. It was pointed out that a definitive plat was necessary. The elimination of a traffic circle on Carl Road was brought up for the first time. It was pointed out that this new feature must be incor- porated in the definitive plat. Mr.Northrup will get the map in before Fri- day with application and fee. Mr.Blackwell Mr.Blackwell gave a preliminary report of work accomplished. He is working on the town from both ends toward the Center. Discussion brought out the fact that urgency is felt on new street patterns for use at the fall town meeting if necessary. Custom Built Homes - Woodhaven Mr.Burns reported that Town Counsel advised against rescinding - only two alternatives are left, either cancel the bond or extend the agreement. Mr.Couette and Mr.McLaughlin appeared to discuss the above. The chairman stated that the situation must be settled before September 1st and would like to know if Mr.McLaughlin had any different ideas. Mr.McLaughlin stated the only way of disposing of the property would be to complete all the roads. Be cannot complete the work now because of other obligations. He would be will- ing to complete Woodeliffe Road to Normandy Road and Normandy Road to Under- wood Road before winter, and do the remainder next summer. Mr.McLaughlin will hear next week the Board's decision. Eastern Aerial Survevs.Inc. A bill for enlargement of #64 negative to 1" = 100' for $9.90 (9.00 previously voted) approved unanimously. Cin Veteran's Lot Anproved Mr.Worthen moved and Mr.Richards seconded a motion to approve Mr.Gor- don Govan's plot plan on Lot #20 Hill Street. So voted.
