' Presents Richards, Johnson, Burns, Worthen, Adams.
The minutes of the previous meeting were read and approved.
1r.Johnson moved and Mr.Worthen seconded a motion that Gordon D.Riebards
be elected temporary chairman. So voted.
Woodhaven-Cu4tom Built Homes
The status of the agreement on this subdivision uses questioned. It was
pointed out that the present agreement extends only to September 1. ]Fr.B==
will see Mr.Lynch on the legality of rescinding and Tdr.McLaughlin will be asked
to be present at the next meeting.
Pouulation Map
The clerk will attend to the distribution of the new population map to
other town departments; namely, school, fire, police, assessors, recreation
committee, selectmen, engineers.
Sedfridee Development
The clerk was instructed to write Yw.Selfridge and tell him that his plan
is incomplete. The application is not filed and the $10 fee for advertising the
' record plat is not in. It is to be suggested that these be filed immediately so
that the planning board may proceed with a public hearing.
Rix Petition for additional business area
The Board defined the area called for in Form B as a circle of 500' radius
with intersections on the following streets: M rrett road 294-343 inclusive;
Farmerest avenue to 17 inclusive, Waltham street, 346-1.x.0 inclusive; Grape Vine
avenue, 1-17 inclusive.
J.W.Gree+ Petition for increased M-1 area
Form A was received from T.1r.J.W.Greer for placing into additional 3-1
zone the area near the B & 11 railroad, Westview street and IbIlex road. The area
deemed affected iss All property on north-west side line of Marsh street, from in-
tersection of present M-1, southwesterly to Shawsheen river; all abutters on south-
west side are proposed new r&-1 zone; owners of all property of area bounded by
LIellex road, the Bedford line and Westview street; and area from Westview street
at the Bedford line to line of Westview Cemetery. M% Greer is to be notified of
this and sent Form B.
Lovell Bus application Por deceGg Toad route
The chairman read a letter from the Selectmen asking from the Planning
Board a report on the application of the Tovell Bus Line for a bus route going
over Access Road to the Bedford Airport. Mr.Johnson moved and Mr.Worthen seconded
a motion that the Planning Board will notify the Selectmen that they see no ob-
jections to the proposed route.
Battle Green Villaze
Ur.Burns explained the situation that has arisen from the application
of A.A.Ross for water mains in new streets in Battle Green Village. He
stated approval was first made on this layout on Nov.16,1937 and another
approval was given by the then board of survey on March 31,1941.. No records
of the early approval are available. (Mr.Worthen found a map of the early
approval in the vault. Map. P.) The matter was thoroughly discussed with

what little material was available. It was decided to confer with Mr.Lynch
at some future date.
The meeting adjourned at 10335 P.M.
