-ft e] Strut Subdivision
A layout on the northerly side of Maple Street on the land owned by
Benjamin A.Simeone was submitted by Albert A. Miller, Civil Engineer, and by
Mr.Simeone. This proposed layout as shown on the plan dated April 21, 1948,
contains 122 lots. There was an informal discussion of this general layout
' which is a revision of one given preliminary approval in February, 1946. Nr.
Miller and Mr.Simeone were told to submit a preliminary layout prepared in
accordance with the regulations of the Planning Board.
Butt Street Layout
Mr.Robert Doran, 8 Forest Street, appeared to ask some questions about
a possible subdivision of 6.7 acres of land on East Street now owned by his
rather. There was an informal discussion of the subject which resolved it-
B61f to a question of the right of wavy on the abandoned section of Ridge
Road which might affect the back land of the acreage.
Mr -Northrup of Belmont presented a proposed alteration in the layiout
of Myrna Road. Through an error a house built at the easterly corner of
V rna Road and Adams Street was placed too close to the lot line. In order
to save the expense of moving the house and because no other houses had been
built on this road, Mr.Northrup proposed to shift the southerly end of Myrna Road
so as to give the house the legal set -back. After discussion Mr.Worthen moved
and Mr.Adams seconded the aviation to tentatively approve the plan of a "proposed
