John Baskin as in at 7s45 p.m. He explained difficulties with the
proposed construction of Castle Road because the owner of the corner lot
will not enter agreement with Mr.Basktn to permit construction. Mr.Baskin's
time limit on construction agreement has run out. He wanted to know what is
the possible solution. It was suggested that Town Counsel Lynch and his
opinion be secured and the matter discussed next week.

Agreement made with Donald Hellen and John Liehtenburg to prepare an
original tracing with bringing up to date of the Planning Board's popula-
tion map at the rate of $1.00 per hour..
John Blaokwell
It was tentatively decided to hire John Blackwell as planning oon-
' sultana subject to interviewing him.
