1. Simeone Development on Maple street - % definite information yet,
2. Blackwell wishes to work for Greer on his development. No ob-
jection.
3. Blackwell suggested aerial stereo photos.
Revision of Board of Survey Rsg *2 ,i ons
Clerk reported additional revisions suggested by Town Counsel Lynch,
Decided to mimeograph present copy.
Population flap
It was unanimously voted to appropriate $300 from the regular budget
for drafting expenses to make a tracing and bringing up to date the popula-
tion map.
Pike Development
' Suggest consideration of re -alignment on Burlington street opposite
lots 1, 2 and 3.
Suggest consideration of a 60 -ft. right of way.
Lots 42 through 61 with the exception of 51, 52 and 53 and 54 are
not suitable for building because of poor sewerage disposal facilities and
drainage.
Tentative approval unanimously voted.
