The Clerk read a letter from Rred S.Britton relative to set-baake
in business zones.

The Clerk read a letter from the above law firm relative to the
hearing before the Department of Public Utilities relative to the proposed
Edison Transmission line.
Ietter re Parking Meters
A letter was received and read from J.Ernest Kerr Co. regarding park-
ing meters.
Hiring of Experts
The possibility of hiring experts to aid the Board in its work was
' discussed.
Board of Survey Regulations
The latest copy of the proposed Board of Survey Regulations was
checked and the Clerk was instructed to convey the finished copy to the
Town Counsel for his suggestions.
Eleation of Fred K.Johnson
The members of the Planning Board present met with the Board of Se-
lectmen and elected Fred K.Johnson to fill the vacancy caused by the resig-
nation of Thayer Redd.
Meeting adjourned at 10330 p.m.
