Mr.Burns asked about the situation on Middleby Road regarding the
installation of water main on unaccepted street. It was decided that there
was nothing for the Planning Board to do about it.
Mr.Arthur B.Pike, with his engineer Mr.Nylander, came in for a pre-
liminary hearing on a subdivision on the old Graham farm on Burlington
street. There was considerable discussion on the matter, and it was taken
under advisement.
Baraovae Development
Mr.James R.Smith, with Mr.Pranlin Coleman, came in to ask the Board
questions on a proposed subdivision along Blake road on the Burgoyne
property. The questions were answered. Mr.Smith pians to return at a
' dater date with his preliminary plans for approval.
Boar of Survey RemlUtions
The balance of the evening was spent in studying the revision of the
Board of Survey Regulations.
The meeting adjourned at 11:15 p.m.
