Report on Troist The clerk reported that he had talked with Miss Corcoran regarding stenographic work for the Board and that she would be unable to do it at the present time. Mr.Richard moved and Mr.Vorthen seconded the motion that Miss Arlene Yxdght of the Selectmen's office be engaged to do stenographic work. The vote was passed unanimously. Letter from Town Counsel A letter from Town Counsel Lynch was read explaining the problem presented at the last meeting and pointing out building permits could now be issued to owners other than the original. ward of Survey Rem ' Chairman Cromwell then pointed out that the present Board of Surrey regulations or new ones taken from the "Planning Forum" must be adopted. It was decided to compare the two sets of regulations and combine them into a new set. The remainder of the evening was spent in combing these two sets of regulations in a rough.draft for typing. Valle Farm Trust Mr.E.B.Rorthen Jr. introduced a plan of the Vaille Farm Trust sub- mitted by Joseph Silva of 59 Reed Street and stated that Mr.Silva wanted to know how to develop some of the lots as indicated on the plan.
