After discussion with the Selectmen it was decided to put article
in the warrant as prepared by Mr.Blackwell.
Small pots
After discussion with the Selectmen it was decided to put an arti-
cle in the warrant as prepared by bir.Blackwell and Mr.Worthen.
Set -backs
After discussion with the Selectmen it was decided to put an arti-
cle in the warrant providing for a 30 foot set -back as prepared by Mr.
Blackwell.
After discussion with the Selectmen it was decided to put one arti-
cle in the warrant for a $1,500 regular budget and another article for
' $3,500 covering special work.
Tax Titles - Robert Rvder
The Selectmen had previously asked the Planning Board for its
opinion on sale of certain land between Vinebrook Road, Vine Brook and
Waltham Street to Mr.Ryder. This land was a tax title taken from Mr,
Ryder in 1938.
A letter prepared by Mr.Worthen was read to the Selectmen re-
commending that the land not be sold.
The Selectmen apparently agreed with the conclusions in the
letter.
