McCaffrey The Board looked over a proposed subdivision at 39 Lincoln Street of land belonging to Mrs. Mary F. McCaffrey. The property is on the northerly side of Lincoln Street westerly of Audubon. Road and is divided into eleven lots. The Board indicated its general approval of the subdivision. COnmunity Nursery School Mrs. Teeter, 463 Concord Avenue, had asked the Board if it could suggest a site for a nursery school. The Board decided to write Mrs. Teeter to the effect that it did not have in mind a suitable location but that if Mrs. Teeter would pick out a lot or lots the Board would be glad to consider the matter of zoning changes if necessary. Veteranst Housing The Selectmen had asked the PlanninW Board for its opinion on selling 12,500 foot lots out of the Poor Farm property to veterans for $300. It also wanted to know if the Plannink Board had any thoughts on the possible use of the property for other purposes. It was decided to advise the Selectmen that the Board would not favor the proposal and that the Board did not have knowledge of any likely use of this property. Resp tfully Aub tted, %1 Clerk 1 n 1
