United Nations Organization Mr. Alan Adams spoke to the Board regarding the U. N. 0. Project. He hopes to have the town invite the U. No 0o to establish its headquarters in the town, The Planning Board did not conclude favorably or otherwise on the matter. It was considered probable from Mr. Adamts discussion that if the U. N. 0. were established here Lexington would be greatly changed, and would probably acquire many of the aspects of a metropolitan communit7. John J. Burtch Mr. Burtch seeks a hearing on his plans to sub- divide his property located on the westerly side of Lowell Street, the last piece of land in Lexington towards Burlington ' adjacent to the Vine Brook Drainage Project. It was decided to invite Mr. Burtch to meet with us on Tuesday, January 15. Adjourned to January 15, 1946 at 8:00 P. M. Res tfully s witted, Clerk 1
