MEETING OF PLANNING BOARD
September 4, 1946

Messrs. Worthen, Houdlette, Nickerson, Richards and
Cromwell.
Joseph Napoli
Mr. Napoli appeared before the board and explained his
reasons for desiring a change in zoning from "residential" to
"business" on his property on Bedford Street. The Board now has
in its files a plan of the property dated &eptember 4, 1945.
This is marked as lot (A). Mr. Napoli does not seek to have lot
(B), also shown on the plan, zoned for "business."
Mr. Napoli has recently purchased the property. He hopes
to erect a grocery store, drugstore and barber shop. He plans to
put two six -room apartments above the first floor.
The Planning Board explained the necessary procedure to
Mr. Napoli but did not arrive at any conclusions.
Building and Zoning By -Laws
Mr. Worthen suggested that the Board members be consider-
ing the building and zoning by-laws in line with the selectmen's
request.
