Worthen Richards, Ferguson, Nickerson, and Cromwell Follen Hill Estates The Board decided not to write to the Board of Survey approv- ing a plot plan for Follen Hill Estates (letters dated February 6, 7 and 15 from the .Board of Survey and the selectmen covering this subject are on file) because of the possibility that further changes will be made in the plan. Programing and Budgeting Mr. Worthen presented a letter from William Stanley Parker and a pamphlet entitled Capital OutlayProgram for the Town of Reading, Massachusetts which had been sent by . .darker. Mr. rarker expresses his willingness to help Lexington in regard to programing. The letter and the report were placed on file. It was decided to advise Mr. Parker that, as no Committee was appointed this year on Budgeting and Program- ing, the Planning Board did not expect to avail themselves of Mr. Parker's services. School Sites , It was reported that Mr. Greeley had met with the Committee on School Sites and that Mr. Worthen will meet with them again in the near future . W.C.O.P. The Board of Appeals is to conduct a hearing on February 23 to consider the matter of varying the application of the zoning law in connection with the establishment of a radio broadcast station on the Concord Turnpike. The consensus of opinion of the Planning Board was as follows : The Planning Board can see no evident harm in permitting W.C..O.P. to erect a station in accordance with the plans that are being considered. The Planning Board has not studied the plans in detail and reserves a right to change its opinion if it later appears that erection of the station would be disadvantageous to the town Massachusetts Federation of Planning Boards It was voted to appropriate $15.00 to cover dues for 1945.
