PLANNING BOARD R2EETING
March 9, 1942
A regular meeting of the Planning Board was held in
the Town Office Building on Monday, March 9th. Messrs.
Greeley, Kimball, Worthen and Newhall were present.
Mr. Greeley was elected Chairman and Mr. Newhall was
elected Clerk for the year 1942-43.
There was considerable discussion and a vote drawn up
to be presented to the Town Meeting relative to presenta-
tion of the budget work, a copy of which, with a letter of
transmittal from the Board to the Town, is to be handed to
each Town Meeting member. Following this, there was a
general discussion of Town Meeting procedure.

Mr. Greeley reported having written the Chamber of
Commerce signifying our willingness to cooperate in any Old
way possible relative to the use of old, large houses for Houses
more than one family.
Payment of $4.00 to Mary Corcoran for her services at
two hearings was approved.
The meeting adjourned at 9:10 P. M. The next meeting
will be held on Monday, March 30th.
