PLANNING BOARD MEETING
December 15, 1941
A regular meeting of the Planning Board was held Monday,
December 15th at 7;30 P. M. Present were Messrs. Greeley, Kimball,
Worthen, Ellis and Newhall. The minutes of the last meeting were
approved as presented.
A bill of $11.06 from Hobbs and Warren, Inc. for Volume 4,
Record Book, was approved.
The matter of asking for a change in Zoning Laws relative to
the reintroduetions of a proposed amendment within a period of two
years was discussed and it was decided to table the matter until
Zoning
the next meeting.

Mr. Greeley reported no reply from the Thivierge relative
to their wishes in connection to the possible inclusion of their
property in the proposed change from Cl to R1 district. Mr. Gree-
ley was instructed to call on them Monday, December .
The matter of the extension of Highland Avenue through the
Follen Road district, across Moreland Avenue to Pleasant Street
Moreland
was again discussed. The Board went on record as not being in
Avenue
favor of this particular location, preferring to see an exten-
sion of Liberty Avenue on the Ryder layout extended through to
the Concord Turnpike, approximately at the junction of Pleasant
Street, Mr. Greeley was authorized to approach Mr. Higgins of
the Engineering Department and make arrangements for the making
of a layout of this plan. The clerk was instructed to reply to
the request of the Selectmen for an opinion on this project.
Mr. Newhall reported on progress of the budget work. It was
stated that a meeting of the joint committee was to be held the
following night, Mr. Errol Locke representing the Selectmen, Budgets
Mr. Ronald Brown, the Approbriation Committee, and Mr. Greeley
the Planning Board.
The meeting adjourned at 9;35 P. M.
