May 26, 1941
A regular meeting of the Planning Board was held at
the Town Office Building on Monday, May 26th, at 7 :15 P.M.
Messrs. Greeley, Kimball , Worthen, Nickerson and Newhall
were present. The minutes of the previous meeting were
read and approved.
No official business was transacted at this meeting, Lynnfield
but the Board spent the evening with three representatives Planning
of the newly formed Lynnfield Planning Board discussing Board
our methods of procedure and giving them advice and in-
formation.
They were very appreciative of our efforts and thanked
us for allowing them to meet with us.
The meeting adjourned at 10:15 P. M. The next regular
meeting will be held on June 16th at 7 :15 P. M. at which
time a second tour of the Town will be arranged.
