Ballard to the Board Street of Selectmen was discussed and t he Clerk directed to advise the Widening Supt. of Public works to tris effect that; if the project esn be accomplished without incurring expense for land taking the board is favorably inclined and feels that it is warranted for use in connection with normal business at that point. General traffic movement will probably be little affected by the change and with status of the Circumferential Highway so uncertain it does not appear wise to make any considerable investment at this point. Meeting adjourned at 10:-2 P. M. to Monday, Feb. 31 1941 at 71030 P. M. Respectfully submitted, Clerk, Pro -tem n
