Sunday was the opinion of the Planning Board, should a request be '
movies. made on the Town Meeting floor, that moving pictures on
Sundays would create a parking problem. Wftile not
properly a question for this Board to pass upon, it is
considered that some provision would have to be made for
' private parking to keep care off Mass. Avenue, which would
impede the heavy through traffic on Sunday evenings.
Article 23 of the Annual Warrant was brought up. In
case the question of a road from Muzzey to Clarke Streets Lot on
should be brought up on the floor, the Planning Board Clarke St.
volunteers the statement that a study has been made of this
street, and it considers such a street unnecessary. It
was so moved, as the Board's opinion, that the Town should
purchase the lot in question for purposes of parking or
such ultimate use of the Library, but not for the purpose
of a street.
Article 34 of the Annual Warrant was brought up. If Viano
no hearing has been held on this matter, the Planning Board property
