described as follo5 s -
"Beginning at a point 200 feet easterly of the
junction of the easterly line of Blossom Street with
the southerly line of the new Concord Highway, thence
easterly along the southerly line of the Concord
Highway 200 feet, and for a depth of 100 feet through-
out ."

there vasa't much to say in regard to the petition as it
was the same as presented before except that the location
rad been moved 200 feet down from the corner . He intends
to cut down the bank on the corner of Blossom Street and
cut out on the easter_lY side to make the driveway a better
anpLe with the road . He presented drawings showing the
former and present locations. Mr . Peterson showed snapshots
of the location as it is now and some of filling stations
on the estchester Parkway in New York and stated that he
intends to have his of the same design.

stone and. Lr Peterson replied that he did.
Lr. Borden then asked if there were others who wished
to speak either in favor or in opposition.
ir . Robert L. Ryder spoke in favor of the petition and
stated that he had made a study of this situation and believed
that Lr. Peterson had an ideal location and thinks that it is
far enough from the Childs location that if the Town feels
that only two should he granted, this should be the second
one . He also felt that this location was better in many ways
than +-be Childs location, as it is not at an intersection
and when the bluff is taken down, feels that it will be a
100; location. He stated that he thought the location asked
for in the present petition was even better than the previous
one and was thoroughly in favor of the change .
Lx . Borden asked ;r. Peterson if he would agree to the
changing of his area, if the change is granted, from a 0.1
District to a T .l District , and Mr . Peterson replied that he
certainly would agree and informed the Board that he had stated

in any such matters.

commercial development . He stated that Mr . V;;arner. intends to
develop his land for residential purposes Then then reported
that botA. men felt that if the Planning Board deemed that a
gasoline station was necessary, they would not object but
were strongly onnosed to the sale of used cars.
