FEB. 8, 1939,
Present: Messrs. Ellis, Ferguson and Nickerson.
The entire meeting was devoted to discussion of the
State law of 1910 governing the erection of apartment bui]d -
ings.
The consensus of the members was that while the law
was obsolete to some extent, its prime factors were correct
and that it would not militate against any builder who
wished to erect a substantial building.
Set back, lot areas and kind of construction for the
buildings were discussed, and the Board feels that the
specifications of the law cover present conditions.
The meeting adjourned at 9:50 P. M.
