Members present: - Messrs. Greeley, Kimball, Ferguson, Kraetzer
and Nickerson.
Mr. Kraetzer contacted Mr. O 'Connell regarding his land
adjoining Mr. Rubin's property. Mr. O 'Connell stated that he
would not be interested in his land being used for parking parking
space . Clerk was instructed to write to Mr. Seligman that
the land might be useful for parking if an outlet to Depot
Square were obtained but the outlet owners are not interested.
Mr. Greeley was asked to advise Mr. Bennett to present Article
Article 211 case at the Town Meeting. 211
The question arose if amendment to Article 36 in the
Town Warrant concerning the lot size increase could be
allowed. Mr. Kimball was of the opinion that the restriction Lot
could be moved downward and still pass the- Attorney-General 's Frontages
office . Mr. Kimball has prepared a writing advancing this & Areas
opinion for possible use at the Town Meeting.
Kr. Kimball has prepared a recommendation expressing
the Board' s attitude on the lot size increase article which
was approved by the board unanimously.
The meeting adjourned at 8:55 P . M. The next meeting
will be Wednesday, April 6, 1938 at 7 :45 P. M.
