' Present:- All Members.
Mr. Greeley presented as a basis for discussion a draft
of a proposed by-law providing for lots of 15000 square feet,
100 feet frontage within one definite geographic area and
40,000 square feet, 150 feet frontage for the rest of the Town
together with a copy of the Milton provision for non -conforming
sizes.
It was agreed that this would be used as a basis for
Lot Area
publicity, subject to such changes as later appear advisable.
&
Mr. Greeley will present the subject at meetings of the Field
Frontage
and Garden Club, the Board of Trade and the Hanoock Mens Club.
A publicity release, written by the Chairman was read
and approved by the Board.

Tax Title Foreclosures.
The meeting adjourned at 9:35 P. M. subject to call.
