PLANNING BOARD MING
January 19,1938
Present:- All members except Mr. Sraetzer,
Mr. Cosgrove presented detail plans of the relocated Vine
Brook from Butterfield's Pond through to the upper reaches as
recommended by the Vine Brook Drainage Committee and called
particular attention to the treatment at Vine Street and be-
tween Mass. Avenue and Vine Brook Road. The necessity for
and the utilization of the recommended 150 foot taking was
discussed and the clerk was instructed to obtain A statement
of the reasons which prompted this recommendation,
The Board will give its attention to this matter at a
later meeting.
A general discussion of lot areas followed and Mr.
Greeley reported that the section of the Milton By Law cover-
Ing the status of previously recorded lots had been discussed
with our Town Counsel, the Milton Town Counsel and an assistant
in the Attorney General's office and that it was believed that
it would be approved when and if it came to the latter office.
Mr. Greeley will present a draft'of changes in our By -
Law for discussion at our next meeting.
Meeting adjourned at 9:50 P. M. until Monday, JanWy
24th at 7:45 P. M.
