PLANNING BOARD MEETING
November 4, 1937.
Present:- Messrs. Greeley, Ferguson, Ellis, Kraetzer, Nickerson
and Kimball.
The Board met with Mr. Barnes, Engineer for the Ross
Realty Company for a further discussion of the Wellington Farm Wellington
sub -division. Mr. Greeley amplified the opinion of the Board Estates
as expressed in its letter to the Board of Survey and Mr. Barnes
is to submit a revised layout incorporating the suggestions.
The Board will, upon receipt of the new plan, give its
consideration and forward it together with recommendation to
the Board of Survey.
1dr. Barnes retired and the Board went into session with
Town Counsel Wrightington and W. H. Ballard of the Vine Brook
Drainage Committee'or a discussion of Vine Brook problems.
During the considerations, Mr. Wrightington raised
certain questions regarding the relocation of parkways in the Vine
playground area. The Board will, upon receipt of detailed Brook
plans, make its recommendations to the Board of Selectmen.
The meeting adjourned at 11:05 P. M. until Friday,
November 12, at 7:45 P. M.
