PLANNING BOARD MEETING
January 26, 1937
Present:- Messrs. Borden, Ferguson and Kimball.
Final drafts of the three proposed amendments were
corrected and approved for release on February 4th. Notices
of the proposed changes addressed to Mrs. Bean, Mr. Childs and
Mr. Peterson were signed for forwarding February 1; 1937.
Mr. Lewis, acting for Yr. Walter Black, appeared before
the Board in regard to a proposed Board of Survey street be-
tween Slocum Road and Bloomfield Street extension. The Board's
general attitude toward action on proposed layouts to later
come before the Board of Survey was explained and special
attention was directed toward a former Board's recommendation
regarding an easement for drainage purposes.
Mr. Lewis and 1r. Black will meet the Board on February
2nd at 7:45 P. R.I. for further discussion.
The meeting adjourned at 9:00 P. M., until February 2nd
at 7:30 P. M.
