The changes and additions covering the proposed T .1

„-ince t-ni s zn e is to provide for the contingencies of a fast Zone
moving through w-ray, it is desired to limit its location to
the Concord Turnpike and such other similar ways as may be
laid down, and it was finally agreed that the word "Through-
' way" with a proper definition was the most satisfactory solu-
tion An attempt is to be made to obtain such a definition
from Yr Hartman.
r. herriam' s plans for the development of the Goodwin
Estate were considered. The board is of the opinion that a
proper la-Tout of t ii s area should i~ithout doubt nrovide for
a connecting street between hancocl' Street and .erriam Street,
altnou7h it is not felt teat the immediate needs require its
construction throu flout at this time .
The general plans for a street having access to Lerriam
Street through +tire above street and to Edgewood Road through
hla're Road iv re considered .
.Ihile a controvers-r has arisen over the property lines
and the Board o" _urve- la-rout at the Intersections of Edge-
wood hoad and bl_ake road , the Planning board believes that Goodwin
toe ultimate la-rout should include a street from this general Develop-
location through the Good, n nroperty to the Hancock-Merriam ment
street connec ion
The Boar(' concurs with the general i_ellaway plan but
recocnizes the unfortunate results to Mr. Lreselly' s property
tl,rougn the abandonment of the original la,rout . An attempt
