I::r. Cos"rove stated that he favored Lr. Greeley's present scheme
but ould not like to see 3elfry Terrace extended. to Forest Street.
It --Tas voted th.-t the rlanning 3oard approve in principle the
present scheme of development insofar as it serves the rear of the
Greeley and liddden lots but before passing final judgement on it
as related to the c; velooment of the '':'ebster lot and the remaining
areas of the Greeley; lot, e desire to reserve judgement until the
Town Engir_eer has had an opportunity to study the general area and
determine tl e best scheme of develo-oment.

fore the t3oard and presented a plan snowing the new .State higrnvay
going through their propert,. It was their intention to petition
for a change in zoning so tliel; might have a filling station, and Hutchinson
wanted. it brought u» at the next 'loti,n L.eeting, but now that there Brothers
is a committee to plan the business along the street, they avant
to reserve their rights and will gait until the committee decides
what is to be done.
Lr. vuff- informed them that tine hoard would keep them posted
as to what the comma-ttee decides.

showing a road throuch the pro )erty from Hancock Street to Adams
Street at the junction of _',ast Street. L.r. Cutter has a petition
before the 13oard of Survey and wants an approval.

of the area sno^,ing an access to the Center and the location of the
' main sewer before a statement is given.

port when ready.

Mr. Cosgrove stated that the Town of Arlington have been re- Cyst
quested to give Lexington the right of way to go into the Bast Lexixg• meadows
ton Meadows and their Town Counsel is going to draw up a form and
make specifications as to how .the work will be done,
Petition was received from Daniel d. O'Connell for a change
in the zoning of the triangular lot of land at the junction of Woburn
Street and Pletcher Avenue from an Rol District to a C.1 District. D. Zo
It was decided that Mr. O'Connell be granted a bearing and. O'Connell
the date was set for Priday, June 15, 1954 at 9:00 P. M. in the
Selectmen's Room. A letter wax written Mr. O'Connell to this effect.
The meeting was adjourned at 11:15 P. M.
