and -r. . Roger Greeley were also present .

It as voted that the rlanning Board approve in principle the
present scheme of development insofar as it serves the rear of the
Greeley and Jlidden lots but before passing final judgement on it
as related to the development of the ebster lot and the remaining
areas of the Greeley; lot, we desire to reserve judgement until the
Town En7in_eer has had an opportunity to study tne general area and
determine the best scheme of development.

Lessrs. Arthur t. .,,dwin Hutchinson of Blossom Street came be-
fore the 6oard and presented a plan sn.ov.ing the new State Highway
going through their pronert,,. It was tn.eir intention to petition
for a c'iange in zoning so they might have a filling station, and Hutchinson
wanted it brought ua at t_ e next Town i, eeting, but now that there Brothers
is a committee to plan the business along the street, they want
to reserve their ri hts and will .;ait until the committee decides
That is to be done .
hr. LufTY informed them that the Board would keep them posted
as to what the committee decides.
The gown ingineer presented a plan of the Lillican property
showing a road through the property from nancock street to Adams
Street at the junction of _.ast :Street. ;..r . Cutter has a petition
before tne Board of survey and wants an approval.
The matter vas discussed and a topographical map of the area Itillican
studied. hr. puffy stated that he .ould like to see a development Property
I of the area snoring an access to the Center and the location of the
main sewer before a statement is given.

Mr. Cosgrove stated that the Town of Arlington have been re- mat
quested to give Lexington the right of way to go into the East Leming- Y®adows
ton Meadows and their Town Counsel is going to draw up a form and
Imake specifications as to how the work will be done.
Petition was received from Daniel J. O'Connell for a change
in the zoning of the triangular lot of land at the junction of Woburn
Street and Fletcher Avenue from an R.1 District to a C.1 District. D. J .
It was decided that Mr. O'Connell be granted a hearing and O'Connell
the date was set for Friday, June 15, 1934 at 8:00 P. M. in the
Selectmen's Room. A letter wax written Mr. O'Connell to this effect.
The meeting was adjourned at 11:15 P. M.
