This piece of land is known as "Fletcher
Dutip" and"F'letcher's Pond"
-The first chart -made by the Planning Board

but it was changed because,a coal` yard: was
contemplated.
It is no deve lopnent for homes.
He stated that he has gree lg improved It
by filling it in with gravel as it was only
a swamp infested by mosquitoes.
It is within the area of business and'is
