Glynn .came in after a Board of Appeals Meeting. =rk, Mr. Milne took charge . A letter was received from the Board of Selectmen stat- ` ing that at a meeting of the Board of Survey held May 5th, the ShermW.. extension of Sherman Street from Oakland Street to Grant St . Street ,• was approved . Extens -; ter`' A letter was received tram the Board of Selectmen . in which they requested the Planning Board to make a study of the relotting of Colonial Heights and inform them of its decision. -'` Mr. Cosgrove presented plans and explained the relotting. Mr. Colorila i Scheibe made the following motion:- "The Planning Board wishes Hts. R11' to approve the plan submitted by Mr. Cosgrove as is shown, if lotti - a reconciliation can be made with the property holders ." It .e' was voted upon unanimously. A letter was sent to fir . Trask to this effect. . 1 A letter was received from the Board of Appeals announcing a hearing June 5th for Frank A. & Mary Napoli who ': are petitioning for a roadside stand on their land at the F`7 h. junction of Middle Street and Marrett Road . " "<., make a study of the section of Allen Street and Old County Road ;• upon wl`iioh the Franklin School is located with a view of -- - establishing a highway through to 'Jarrett Road. Mr. Cosgrove *-;' stated that he thought they would follow Old Allen Street, A. widening it to a width of forty feet and making a better en- trance to Marrett Road. AllenSte, Mr. Duffy made the following motion:., "The. Planning Board moves that the plan of utilizing the present location of ' Allen Street as a basis of a new road for the approach to the Franklin School is approved and it is further recommended that . .",1 in conjunction with this that further study be made with other " roads in the general locality of the school in order than plans :.4, ' may be- iala down in advance as a base for future roads to -serve :e this general area." - Mr. Scheibe seconded the motion and the vote was un.i ,.` animus. Mr. Trask, was notified to this effect. A letter was received from Mrs . Catherine F. Herbert '" ' again petitioning a change in the zoning of her land at the Catheri_ a_ corner of Marrett Road and Mass. Avenue . O'Connell " in which he petitioned for a change in the zoning of his lath at the corner of Woburn Street and Fletcher Avenue . He was informed that he would have to file a formal petition signed by the property owners of surrounding streets and Daniel d: deposit a fees of $20,00.
