hearing was held at the Town Offices on
the evening of December , I92s after a duly published
notice of the proposal to change the building by-law.
draft of the new proposed coning by-law
had been prepa ed and wee distributed. About twenty
three persons were present and the entire proposed
by-law was read anti the various sections discussed.

out prior to the adoption of the zoning law.

In regard to ti'e size of real-estate signs permitted.
'r. 'aoIntosh called attention to an apparent prohibition
of temporary real-estate offices on new development.
"r. nhdman, '!r . John. on and 'Ar. Cutter presented
their views in regard tr the proposed lot aises of
7500 sq.ft. with 75 ft. frontage, Mr. Johnson and
'r, tRoIntoah felt that this would work a hardship,
but in general the meeting seemed to favor this provision.
