Present; Full Board and Mr, Raymond for Metcalf and Eddy.
This was a joint meeting with the Selectmen
at rzhich the whole Vine Brook Drainage and Park de-
velopment project was explained and discussed. Mr.
Ballard asked for a report from the engineer outlying
the project and the pbysical features, limiting the
design as developed by the engineer's study and survey.
This was promised,
