The .tobbins & arsith development was reviewed
with ',r. Robbins and plans to avoid ezesesive street
grades were urged. it was agreed to get in toUeh with
the Tower 11Lnd representative with a view to establishing
a rood on the boundry line to the benefit of both paroelee
'T. `yobbine agreed to at once utxiertake to- lay out a
lotting plan embodying the general principles desired by
the .yoiwd.
The 4rlcins Manor development was disouseed.
It was shown to 'tr. Chamberlain that an intelligent
recommendation could not be made for this development
