Health election of a Chairman Dr Finkelstein felt that more time was needed
Reorganization to consider this item He felt that it was too important to take action
on short notice
It was recommended that this be deferred to the next Board meeting when,
hopefully, all members would be present and more thought could be given
to the process

relative to the Board letter of March 18, 1987

Dr Roemer inquired into the educational effort and Mr Smith said that
information from the State did not indicate any problems, but we have
our material ready to go
Dr Roemer suggested that we think about sending information home with
elementary school children

enhanced by the addition of the Town of Lincoln and Hanscom Field to

on the subject of Radon We respond to these by providing residents
with routinely updated information along with a list of laboratories
that provide Radon testing (air and water) There are presently no state
programs to test water or air for Radon levels A few people in town have
shown the results of private tests with us and to this point no levels
have exceeded the 4 picocurie/liter minimum screening measurement This,
of course, does not mean Lexington does not have a Radon problem of any
