BOARD OF' HEALTH MEETING
June 24, 1955
The regular meeting of the Board of Health was held
on Friday, June 24, 1955, at 3 P.M. in the Select en's
Room, Town Office Building. Chairman McQuillan, . Cos-
grove, Mr. Cole, and Mr. Lurvey were present.
Mr. McQuillan was re-elected Chairman for the coming
term.
The next meting of the Board will be on Friday, July
22, and then not another until September 16.
The Board discussed the case of Mr. Albert Mui who is
to be admitted to Middlesex Sanatorium on Monday, June 27.
Lexington is accepting settlement until such time as other
arrangements can be made.

Bills were approved for payment.
The final figures on the Salk Vaccine Inoculations
were read.
The latest on the Cataldo case is that the Board of
Appeals will have a hearing next week. No word has been•
heard from Father Kinneen.
The Health Sanitarian's report was discussed.
Dr. Cosgrove wonders if the mushroom company seen from
Route 128 has a permit to do business. Mr. Lurvey will
investigate.
The meeting adjourned at 4.20 P.M.
