Mr. McQuillan remarked that the Board seemed to be staying Budget
well within its budget so far.
A discussion of the Cataldo and Kinneen case took up some
time. A check was made by telephone with Mr. Stevens as to the
legality of denying the appeal for sanitary filling of land on
the health angle. The Board favored granting permission to Catald4
Mr. Cataldo with definite stipulated restrictions. Dr. Cosgrove &,
bad visited properties and talked with neighboring property Kineen'
owners. Inclined to feel others will ask for same privilege
if Father Kineen receives permission. The Board is not in-
terested in allowing other communities to transport' sanitary
fill and rubbish over street of Lexington. Cataldo has no such
problem. Decided to grant Cataldo permission, and to deny
permit to Father Kineen.
There was discussion on Mr. Harvey N ewgent's sewerage
problem at Wingate and Diana Roads.
Mr. Coles re -appointment is coming up.
Mr. Lurvey is planning to attend three-day convention
of Health Sanitarians on June 15, 16, 17, at Amherst.
