sent and kept a record of the meeting.

Stevens would advise the Board of Health.

8:30 P.M. to discuss the subject.
Mr. Gelzinis stated that the culverts are over-

overflowing and his is a completely gone. He said that
the ditches are filling up with vegetation and one por-
tion of the ditch is two or three feet higher than the

determine that the situation is a health menace.

to the petition, this condition has existed since the

as outlined in the petition constitutes a health menace
and should be referred to Mr. Burns, Supt. of Public
Works.
The Chairman suggested that a letter be written to
Mr. Burns requesting him to make an examination and sub-
mit a report to the Board of Health, and further that a
copy of the letter to Mr. Burns be mailed to Mr. Watson,

Lane and Locust Avenue, requesting the Board to desist from
granting a permit to William Dailey, or any other person
