233 East Street
Inasmuch as the Community Nursery School has been
granted permission, from the Board of Ar,peals, to con-
duct a school in the rosidentail area, the 'hairman.
signed the permit required from the Board of Health
and the Agent agreed to forward it to the other members
of the Board for signatures.
Due to the fact that permission to maintain pri-
vate schools in a residentail area is something which
the Board of Appeals should act upon, no action was
taken on the other two applications. The Agent was
instructed to advise the applicants that the Board
of Health will consider this subject insofar as it
comes under its jurisdiction of and when approval
is given by the Board of Appeals.
The Agent informed the Chairman, and had previous-
ly explained the situation to Messrs. Russell -and Mc-
Quillan, that the balance in the Board of Health Expenses
Account as of September 1st was $364.00 and the antic-
ipated expenses for the balance of'the year amount to
$2,767.50. It was unanimously agreed that a transfer
of $2,800 from the Reserve Fund be requested.
