Green District. On a motion duly made and seconded,the proposed alteration was approved unanimously as
proposed.

996 Massachusetts Avenue: Colin Smith, representing Sipra and Atul Jain, exterior changes in the East
Village District. On a motion duly made and seconded,the proposed alteration to the front door including a
new storm door, and a fence between the garage and main structure were approved unanimously as proposed.
The alterations to the entrance details and sconce were continued to the next meeting.

Updates: On Monday June 11, 2018 there will be a public presentation at 7PM in Cary Memorial
Building on the Center Streetscape project. The project is at 25%, and will be presented as part of the
scheduled Board of Selectmen meeting.
