HomeMy WebLinkAbout2018-06-04-PB-min PLANNING BOARD MINUTES MEETING OF JUNE 4, 2018 A meeting of the Lexington Planning Board, held in the Battin Hall, in the Cary Memorial Building was called to order at 7:04 p.m. by Chair, Ginna Johnson with members Richard Canale, Charles Hornig, Nancy Corcoran-Ronchetti, and Bob Creech, and planning staff Carol Kowalski, David Kucharsky, and David Fields present. The Planning Board was in attendance to participate in a kick-off event for the Town’s Comprehensive Plan. The intent of the event, held in Battin Hall in the Cary Memorial Building, was for town staff, elected and appointed officials, as well as selected consultants to hear feedback from the general public on what Lexington is to them. Following a brief presentation by Jeff Dietrich from the consulting firm, Howard Stein Hudson, attendees were able to visit various “stations” to discuss and provide input on a variety of topics including Land Use, Housing, Economic Development, Transportation, Demographics and Cultural & Natural Resources. On a motion duly made and seconded, it was voted 5-0, to adjourn at 8:50 p.m. Nancy Corcoran-Ronchetti, Clerk
