April 26, 2018 Meeting Minutes
Members in Attendance: Jen Turner, Katina Lawdis, Sam Bosbach, PK Shiu, Krystal

Approval of 2/15/18 Minutes: Approved.
Principal's Report:
• Proposed to move May 17 meeting move to May 31.
• Updates on Scheduling Committee:
o Met twice. Data shared from PD day where staff envisioned new scheduling.
Identified themes to determine what elements of a schedule will meet those
needs. Committee's homework assignment is to find another school's schedule.
Next meeting is May 2nd to review those schedules.
• Update on Parking:
o Identified 3 areas that may be potentially paved. Director of Facilities is working
on this with the town.
• Review of SIP:
o Items have been marked as Completed, On Going or No Action for current year's
plan.
o Draft for next year reviewed:
■ Overarching goals are similar. Review of each goal by small group to
discuss and review each item.
