Present: Dr. Paul Ash, Superintendent, Margaret Coppe, School Committee Chair;
Alessandro Alessandrini, Vice Chair; Members Bonnie Brodner, Jessie Steigerwald.
The Meeting Minutes were taken by Margaret Coppe.
The Meeting convened at 7:05 PM.
Summit minutes taken by Lynn Pease and on file with the Board of Selectmen.
At its January 8, 2013 meeting, the School Committee unanimously supported the Building
Renewal Funding submitted by the Department of Public Facilities for FY 14-FY18 Capital
Improvement Projects. It has been determined that this is not a correct funding mechanism.
The following motion removes the Building Renewal Funding from the Capital requests.
Ms. Steigerwald moved, and Ms. Brodner seconded, amending the Public Facilities Department
Capital Improvement Projects budget to $3, 545, 272.
The vote was unanimous (4-0) (Stewart absent)
