LEXINGTON SCHOOL COMMITTEE MEETING

Present: School Committee Chair Mary Ann Stewart,
Vice Chair Alessandro Alessandrini, School Committee Members Bonnie Brodner,
Margaret Coppe, and Jessie Steigerwald.
The Chair called the meeting of the Lexington School Committee to order at 6:00 PM for
the purpose of budget collaboration with the Board of Selectmen, Appropriation
Committee, and Capital Expenditure Committee (Summit Meeting VI). The School
Committee had anticipated taking up discussion of Town Meeting Article 12(a) and
Article 16(i). However, since the Summit Meeting ran over its anticipated time schedule,
no action on these two Articles was undertaken. The School Committee remained in
session and relocated to Cary Memorial Hall for the purpose of discussing Special Town
Meeting Article 2 and Annual Town Meeting Articles and adjourned at the end of Town
Meeting.
