LEXINGTON SCHOOL COMMITTEE MEETING

Present: Superintendent Paul Ash, School Committee Chair Margaret Coppe,
School Committee Members Sandro Alessandrini, Rod Cole, Jessie Steigerwald
Mary Ann Stewart. The minutes were taken by Margaret Coppe.
The meeting was convened at 7:36 p.m.
I. Call to Order and Welcome (Margaret Coppe)
Motion to go into executive session with the Board of Selectmen for the
purpose of discussing negotiations to return to open session (Stewart,
Alessandrini). Alessandrini-Aye; Cole-Aye; Steigerwald-Aye; Stewart-Aye;
Coppe-Aye.
II. Action Item
Vote to establish a policy subcommittee consisting of Margaret Coppe, Jessie
Steigerwald, David Horton, Barbara Manfredi, and Robert Rotberg.
Motion to establish a policy subcommittee consisting of Margaret Coppe,
Jessie Steigerwald, David Horton, Barbara Manfredi, and Robert Rotberg.
(Cole, Alessandrini) The motion passed 5-0.
III. Motion to Adjourn ( Cole, Steigerwald) The motion passed 5-0.
