FORMAL HEARINGS 6:00 PM 8 Slocum Road: Robert Burge, representing Lexington Development Realty Trust, exterior architectural changes in the Munroe Tavern District. On a motion duly made and seconded, the proposed alteration was approved unanimously as proposed. Documents Used: "8 Slocum Road Lexington, MA,"Packet CONTINUED HEARINGS 1106 Massachusetts Avenue: Todd Cataldo, representing CAZ Realty Trust, exterior architectural changes in the East Village District. On a motion duly made and seconded, the proposed alteration was approved unanimously as proposed. Documents Used: Plans dated 3/1/2018 1312 Massachusetts Avenue: Todd Cataldo, representing Sheldon Corporation, exterior architectural changes in the Munroe Tavern District. After much discussion, on a motion duly made and seconded, the proposed alterations were continued till the next scheduled meeting date. Documents Used: Plans dated 3/1/18 ACTION ITEMS: Review of HDC Amendments to Chapter 447, and Vote: The Chair reviewed the changes to amend Chapter 447, the Special Act of 1956. After some discussion Commissioner Edward Adelman proposed a motion that stated in part, "The HDC moves to accept the amendments of the enabling legislation, chapter 447, 1956, and that the proposed amendments go forward [to Town Meeting]." Motioned seconded by Commissioner Robin Lovett. By roll call the commissioners voted as follows: Donna Hooper, aye; Thomas Fenn, aye; Ed Adelman, aye; Bob Adams, aye; Anne Eccles, aye; Paul O'Shaughnessy, aye; Robin Lovett, aye. After some discussion Commission Paul O'Shaughnessy proposed a motion that stated in part, "The Lexington Historic Districts Commission votes in favor of having Chair Eccles represent and speak on behalf of the Commission for any matters regarding the proposed NCD's." seconded by Commissioner Edward Adelman.
