Replying to your telephone message of lastevening would say
that we have no regulations in regard to the height of wall. I do not
sysolf think that a wall looks well over three feet in height unless it
le necessary to have it higher in order to secure any earth that may be
bohind it. I was --t Lexington on the work on Tuesday last, and I re-
marked to some of the men that I thought the wall was being built unneces
sarily high.
The price of fencing last year included the cost of painting,
to it does this year; the specifications in both contracts are practical-
ly the same.
