Dear Mr. 1,,,Tuzzey:-
ViThen you were in the office this morning 1 forgot to ask you to
send Blodget , Merritt & Co . , at your convenience , a letter, which
perhaps had better be dated October 22nd, confirming the sale of the
ft0,000 Lexington bonds of November 1916 to them at 103.85.
The next time you see 14r. Spaulding kindly ask him to sign the
enclosed certificate, showing, that only �10 ,000 boners have been issued
under authority- granted by Chapter 160 of the Acts of 1896 .
These papers , together with the certified copy of the vote of the
Town which we already have , will give us all that is essential to
establish the legality of the issue .
