The Commitee Appointed by the Town to
addopt some plan of accomaditio [strike: in]
Betwext Those that have sarved as Constables
and those that have not –Humbly Submit
the three Folowing—
First to see if the Town will pay three pounds
to and have 46 persons Now living in Lexington in the town that
have sarved as Constables No persons to recve pay but those that pay Taxes amounting to 138
pounds—
the second to see if the Town will Raise one
100 pounds and give Certificots to those
that have served Constables [strike: for] to Exempt
them from sd tax—
Thirdly to see if 51 persons that have not
served as Constables shall pay in to the Tresury
who are lyable to Be Chosen 50 pounds
acording to Valuation and if any of said
50 shall Refuse to pay their propportion they
shall Be Lyable to Be Chosen
