EXECUTIVE SESSION
December 14, 2009
PRESENT: Chairman Cohen, Mrs. Krieger, Mr. Kelley, Mr. Manz and Mr. Burnell; Mr.
Valente, Town Manager; and Ms. Pease, Executive Clerk.
Upon motion duly made and seconded, it was voted 5-0 by roll call to go into executive session
for a land matter, with no intent to return to open session.
Munroe School
The Selectmen discussed what the next step should be for the Munroe School since Town
Meeting did not approve the sale of the building and lot to Munroe Center for the Arts.
Mr. Cohen and Mr. Valente will contact the Appropriation Committee and Capital Expenditures
Committee to identify two members from each committee to meet with twoSelectmen and the
Town Manager to discuss the best way to proceed.
Upon motion duly made and seconded, it was voted 5-0 to adjourn at 10:00 p.m.
