EXECUTIVE SESSION
November 30, 2009
PRESENT: Chairman Cohen, Mrs. Krieger, Mr. Kelley, Mr. Manz and Mr. Burnell; Mr.
Valente, Town Manager; and Ms. Pease, Executive Clerk.
Upon motion duly made and seconded, it was voted 5-0 by roll call to go into executive session
for collective bargaining and land acquisition matters, with no intent to return to open session.
Busa Farm
The Selectmen discussed whether the Town was ready to close on the Busa Farm. As follow-up,
Mr. Valente will make sure the consultant’s report includes language on unrestricted use of the
land. Also he will check to make sure the Town has a connecting point from Farm Road.
Police
Mr. Valente reviewed the tentative agreement reached with the Police Union for FY2010.
Upon motion duly made and seconded, it was voted 5-0 by roll call to approve the recommended
agreement.
Upon motion duly made and seconded, it was voted 5-0 to adjourn at 9:05 p.m.
