EXECUTIVE SESSION
November 23, 2009
PRESENT: Chairman Cohen, Mrs. Krieger, Mr. Kelley, Mr. Manz and Mr. Burnell; Mr.
Valente, Town Manager; and Ms. Pease, Executive Clerk.
Upon motion duly made and seconded, it was voted 5-0 by roll call to go in executive session to
discuss a real estate purchase, with no intent to return to open session.
Busa Farm
Mr. Valente reviewed acouple of requested changes to the lease.Mr. Kelley believes the
security deposit should be increased to $50,000.
Munroe School
The Selectmen briefly discussed what to do with the Munroe School. The Selectmen will
discuss with the financialcommitteeson December 3 after the Summit meeting.
Upon motion duly made and seconded, it was voted to adjourn at 10:05 p.m.
